What You’ll Need:
Dough
- 2C Flour
- 4tsp Baking Powder
- 1tsp Salt
- 60gm Butter
- ¾ C Milk
Filling
- 70gm Melted Butter
- ⅓ Cup Brown Sugar
- 1Tbsp Cinnamon
How to Make It:
- Sift dry ingredients
- Add butter, rub the butter through the dry ingredients until the butter has combined with the dry ingredients to form crumb (make sure you wash your hands before)
- Add milk, stir until just combine. Do not over stir
- Add some flour to your working bench and knead the dough together.
- Roll your dough out until its flat and around 3cm in thickness
- To make the filling:
- Add all ingredients in a bowl and stir to combine. Pour filling into your dough and roll the dough. Cut into segments.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 10-15mins on 200c
