Ingredients:
- ½ cup brown sugar
- ½ cup flour
- 1 cup oats
- 1 cup desiccated coconut
- 125 grams of butter
- Handful white chocolate
- ½ teaspoon of baking soda
- ¼ cup golden syrup
Directions:
- Preheat oven to 175 degrees
- Place all dry ingredients in one bowl (minus baking soda)
- Mix dry ingredients together
- Place butter and syrup into a pot to melt
- Grab a bit of warm water and mix with baking soda
- Place baking soda mixture into the pot
- Add pot mixture to the dry ingredients bowl and mix
- Scoop spoonfuls of the mixture onto baking sheet
- Place it in the oven for 12-15 minutes
- Take biscuits out of the oven and let it cool
- DONE!
